Tri Paint Simple Dress, Black

Caboclo.bad is all about artful minimalism, with hand-distressed seaming, hand-painting and raw edges as hallmarks of their edgy aesthetic. The Paint Simple dress is achingly elegant, with a boat neckline and elbow-length sleeves. It's done in a very fine swath of silky viscose, hand-painted with silvery gray accents at the neckline, sides and hemline. We find this is running slightly large, but the fabric has beautiful drape, so it doesn't look too oversized.

• Our model, Julia, is 5'9". She's wearing a size Small/Medium here. Her measurements: Bust, 34 inches; Waist, 25 inches; Hip, 36 inches.
• A Small/Medium should work best for sizes 6-10; a Large/XLarge, for sizes 10-14.
• 100 percent viscose.
• Hand wash, cold; hang to dry.
