This cool little topper is done in Kozan's signature "performance" fabric, which has the sheen and weight of a lightweight nylon. This vest has wire in the collar, allowing for a customized look. And it's cropped and A-line, making it a lovely layering partner for long-sleeve tunics and dresses.
