Printed High-Low Blouse, White

Done in a crisp, woven cotton, this dramatic top has a small shirt collar, a button-front placket and elbow-length sleeves. The body is a full A-line, with a dramatically high-low hemline; the fit is more traditional through the bust and shoulders, but quite easy through the hips.
