Phyllo Lapel Jacket, Black

The fabric here is stunning in person! Hand-dyed and hand-distressed, super-stretchy almost paper-like in its texture; it's used to powerful effect in this statement jacket. It has extra-long sleeves, a set in shoulder and hip pockets. The silhouette is a classic cutaway. But the headline here is the layered lapel, which unfolds to reveal a button-front placket. While the cut is very tailored, we do find that fabric is very accommodating. 

• Our model, Tondi, is 5'9". She's wearing a size XSmall here. Her measurements are: Bust, 32 inches; Waist, 28 inches; Hip, 35 inches.
• 84 percent linen, 14 percent polyamide, 2 percent elastane.
• Machine wash, cold, inside out, gentle cycle; lay flat to dry. Do not dry clean, do not wet clean.
