Wowza! The Siren is a bias-cut dress, which is pinned up on one side to create a waterfall effect. Siren has asymmetric cap sleeves, with a slouchy boatneck that can be worn pulled to one shoulder or formed into a draped cowl. Wear it loose or cinch it with a belt.
