Poppie Dress, Black/Red

The Poppie dress has a relaxed, subtle fit-and-flare silhouette, thanks to a volume-controlling tuck detail at the bodice. It's sleeveless, with a V neckline, slit hip pockets and a full A-line silhouette. While Tulip's styles tend to run very generously, Poppie is a bit more true to size. 

• Our model, Tondi, is 5'9"; she's wearing a size XSmall here, which was a bit roomy on her. Her measurements: Bust, 32 inches; Waist, 28 inches; Hip, 35 inches.
