Sandy Layer Dress, Black Tulle

Sandy has adjustable skinny shoulder straps and a slim jersey bodice. The skirt features a layer of tulle over the jersey for a strikingly feminine effect. While you can wear Sandy as a slip layer under a shorter dress, she also stands beautifully on her own.
