Crafted in a striking burnout velvet silk chiffon, this little top has a rounded neckline, three-quarter-length sleeves and a button-front placket. The body is airy and slightly cropped, making this a great choice back to higher-waisted bottoms. Running true to size. Please note that this fabric is semi-sheer; we're showing it layered over a tank top.
