So simple, so effective, this easy blouse is done in a crisp, washable cotton blend. It has a small shirt collar, a button-front placket and vented bracelet-length sleeves. The silhouette is a simple A-line from the shoulders, with a swingy body, a high-low hemline and an inverted pleat at the back shoulders.
