Cotton Penn Dress, Blue

This sophisticated summer dress is done in a very fine cotton lawn. It has a modest scoop neckline, short sleeves and is pin-tucked throughout the bustline. The skirt is full, hitting at the knee on women of average height; slit pockets sit on the hips. Please note that the fabric here is a bit sheer; we're showing it layered over one of Neeru's slips, which are sold separately.
