Now here's a stylish spin on a cozy sweatshirt! Done in a mid-weight French terry knit, this oversized dress has a wide, shallow neckline and a drop-shoulder construction. The silhouette is a full A-line, but an attached tie detail in front allows for customized cinching. RBL's theme this season takes its inspiration from paint-by-numbers kits.
