June 25 -28; 10 am - 7 pm Thursday-Saturday, 11 am - 4 pm Sunday.

Our owner Kim was in Germany last fall, and she walked into the Rundholz store there — one of her absolute favorite brands, very avant garde, very special, not inexpensive—and she found bins and racks stuffed with previous seasons' pieces at insane discounts. 

Women were running around in their underwear stuffing clothes into giant trash bags. She had exactly 30 minutes to catch a train to catch a plane to fly home. She bought a coat and stuffed every pocket with as much as she could carry. 

"It was just the most fun I've ever had shopping," gushes Kim. "And I thought — I want to bring that feeling to Cleveland. And goodness knows we have enough STUFF to make it happen! I've been overbuying for years!" 

So, we based prices simply on how long we've had it, not on its original retail price. That means you could find a pair of jeans that were $248 for $25. A $600 coat for $75. A $150 sweater for $15. A $50 vase for $5. The longer we've had it, the better the deal. There's more than 1,000 pieces, ladies. It's going to be crazy!

Here's how our Grab-Bag Sale works each day:

Each morning, for the first hour only, we'll offer a VERY limited number of shopping bags at four price points — $25, $50, $100, and $200. You buy the bag of your choice, and then you fill it from our specially curated clearance racks. Whatever fits, goes home with you.
 
Bags are first come, first served and issued in limited quantities each day, so we encourage you to arrive early. Those in line will be asked if they'd like to purchase a bag, and if so, what size; one bag allowed per customer. When you purchase your bag, you'll receive a colored wristband and be assigned to a timed shopping wave. We'll ask you to put your name on a nametag for our record-keeping. Each wave gets 15 minutes on the racks — so come ready to shop! (Our $200 daily bag is assigned a special solo session starting at 9:45 AM, before the waves begin.) 
 
At 11 AM, the grab-bag event wraps up, and those designated 'bag racks' are open to all shoppers at their tagged pricing. 
 
Those who opt to not buy a bag, or who arrive after the bags are sold out, are free to start shopping all the other clearance racks at 10 am. 
 
A few things to keep in mind: all sale purchases are final — no returns or exchanges — and grab bags are sealed when your time is called (no swapping allowed). The bag price is the price, no matter what's inside. 

Keep in mind we will be having only one BIG fitting area. While it'll be out of sight of the public, you will be sharing the space with others. Only 10 items per customer for try-on. 
We suggest wearing easy-to-remove clothing, so you can strip down to a base layer like a tank top and leggings, for easy popover try-ons!


The first 25 purchases of the day will earn a free coffee and select pastry at Lucky's Cafe! Lucky's has also prepared a “Just Enough of a Good Thing” menu for Evie Lou shoppers – just show your receipt from our sale, and you'll get 25 percent off this menu. Look for special Evie Lou drinks and pastry options at Lucky's all weekend long! 

Purchases made between 10 am and noon will earn an extra 10 percent off your entire purchase; grab-bag sales excluded.
