EvieLou.com accepts returns within 14 days of receipt on full-priced merchandise that has not been worn, altered or washed. All original tags must be attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box, in its original condition. Damages to or omission of this box from your footwear return/exchange will result in a 15 percent re-stocking fee. Returns must be received within fourteen (14) days of receipt for a full refund to your original form of payment.
For your convenience, Evielou.com now offers the option of a pre-paid UPS shipping label for returns or exchanges. For returns, please note that $7 will be deducted from your return total. Exchange shipping is free.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: On website orders, the giftee has until Jan. 15, 2018 to return a gift for a merchandise refund, which will be made to the original purchaser only. For exchanges or store credit, the giftee has until Jan. 30, 2019 to get the item back to us. Items received after Jan. 30, 2019 will be donated to charity unless store credit is otherwise authorized in writing. - You have 30 days from the time of a garment's arrival at your shipping address to make an exchange for different merchandise or for store credit. No exchanges will be accepted after 30 days.
- Any returns that ensue from a coupon or promotional discount will have the amount of said discount deducted from the return price. The return price is the amount paid for merchandise after all discounts are applied. A portion of any coupon or promotional discount applied to the original transaction will be subtracted from all returned or exchanged items noted on the original order.
- Please note that Evie Lou the physical stores are separate business entities from Evielou.com, and as thus, have different return policies. Please contact us for details.

- If you send back a clearance item without written approval from evielou.com, ignoring our final-sale policy, we will donate the item to charity. Your card will not be refunded.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless evielou.com has made an error.
- EvieLou.com reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the fourteen (14) day return period or thirty (30) day exchange period. Again, if an item is simply shipped back without prior approval, we will donate said item to charity.

- Ship your return or exchange through an insured, trackable carrier, as EvieLou.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within seven (7) business days of receipt of your return (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from EvieLou.com).

All orders placed Monday-Thursday before 2 PM (EST) will begin processing and ship within 48 hours*, pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Friday through Sunday will begin processing, but not ship until the following Monday. The only way to guarantee arrival by a certain date is to choose expedited shipping at checkout. All expedited shipping orders placed after 4:30 PM (EST) and on weekends cannot be shipped until the next business day.
EvieLou.com will contact you with a follow-up email if, for some reason, the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit authorization.
In-Store pick-up is no longer an option. All orders must be shipped.
EvieLou.com uses UPS or USPS for delivery. We will use the US Postal Service when delivering to P.O. Boxes.
During checkout, you will have the option of choosing an expedited form of shipping quoted from original UPS shipping rates. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS. Please note that expedited shipping orders placed during a weekend cannot be shipped until Monday morning.
Depending on where you are in the country, your package should be 3-7 business days in transit. If your order happens on or right before a holiday weekend, a transit delay will be likely. Unless expedited shipping is chosen at checkout, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Evielou.com is not responsible for delays due to shipper errors, whether they be due to weather, package misdirection, etc. That said, we will happily work to get you the latest delivery updates.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the tracking number for your package.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from EVIELOU.COM, you are responsible for both the full original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Orders shipped within Ohio will be charged 8 percent sales tax. Orders shipped outside Ohio will not be charged for sales tax.
