EvieLou.com accepts returns within 14 days of receipt on full-priced merchandise that has not been worn, altered or washed. All original tags must be attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box, in its original condition. Damages to or omission of this box from your footwear return/exchange will result in a 15 percent re-stocking fee. Returns must be received within fourteen (14) days of receipt for a full refund to your credit card.
Any returns after 14 days will be for store credit only, which will be issued in form of a gift card. This gift card expires one year from date of issue.
You have 30 days from the time of a garment's arrival at your shipping address to make an exchange. No exchanges will be accepted after 30 days.
If you love your item, but need another size, email us at email@example.com and we'll reserve the requested size for you. We love exchanges! Feel free to reach out to describe what you're looking for, or how you'd like something to fit, and we'll use our expertise to put you in something that works better for you.
Any returns that ensue from a coupon or promotional discount will have the amount of said discount deducted from the return price. The return price is the amount paid for merchandise after all discounts are applied. A portion of any coupon or promotional discount applied to the original transaction will be subtracted from all returned or exchanged items noted on the original order.

All orders placed Monday-Thursday before 2 PM (EST) will begin processing and ship within 24 hours*, pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will begin processing, but not ship until the following Monday. All expedited shipping orders placed after 4:30 PM (EST) and on weekends cannot be shipped until the next business day.
EvieLou.com will contact you with a follow-up email if, for some reason, the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit authorization.
In-Store pick-up is no longer an option. All orders must be shipped.
EvieLou.com uses UPS or USPS for delivery. We will use the US Postal Service when delivering to P.O. Boxes.
During checkout, you will have the option of choosing an expedited form of shipping quoted from original UPS shipping rates. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS. Please note that expedited shipping orders placed during a weekend cannot be shipped until Monday morning.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the tracking number for your package.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from EVIELOU.COM, you are responsible for both the full original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Orders shipped within Ohio will be charged 8 percent sales tax. Orders shipped outside Ohio will not be charged for sales tax.
