Kenya Dress, River Romano

This deceptively simple dress is loaded with thoughtful touches, such as the tuck details at the hemline that create a quietly alluring drape; Kenya also has a draped funnel neckline and slit pockets on the hips. The fit is close through the bust and midsection, then flares into a tulip-shaped skirt. This is a good one!
