• Please know Evie Lou gift cards can only be used in our physical store.
• However, if you do have a gift card and see something on our site that you simply have to have and can't make it in to the store, we could take care of the transaction over the phone. Just call us at 216-696-6675 and be sure to have your gift card nearby. Standard shipping charges will apply.

To get the free shipping on gift card purchases only, just type in GIFTCARD into the coupon field of your order. If you opt not to put in this code, we will simply add the shipping fee to the gift card itself (ie, a gift card of $100 will be worth $107 for your giftee).

Orders received today should ship the following business day. Our full returns policy is outlined here, but, essentially, shoppers have 14 days to return for a merchandise refund to the original form of payment. Exchanges and store credit returns are accepted for up to 30 days. All clearance items are considered final sale, and as such, cannot be returned.
