Crafted in a striking burnout velvet silk chiffon, this pretty blouse has a wide, rounded neckline, with a slightly dropped shoulder and three-quarter-length sleeves. The silhouette is an easy A-line, with an asymmetric hemline; the fit is quite relaxed. Please note that this fabric is semi-sheer; we're showing it layered over a tank top.
