We do love our 'third layers' here at Evie Lou! The Irene vest is made in a soft cotton corduroy, with a button-front placket and a wide portrait collar; a drawstring detail allows it to be scrunched into more of a funnel neckline. The armholes are deep for easy layering, and the hips-skimming length makes it a versatile layering partner.
