How cool is this piece? Loosely knit in a chunky cotton yarn, the Open Weave Chic Topper has a boat neckline, a drop-shoulder construction and an uneven hemline. The slightly cropped silhouette makes this an excellent layering partner over sleeveless dresses or longer tops.
