Done in a soft cotton velvet, this oversized jacket has a set-in shoulder with long sleeves and a button-front placket at the bodice. A shirred inset at the empire waistline creates a peplum effect; flap pockets sit on the waist seam. The fit here is quite relaxed, even a bit oversized, though the upper arms run more true to size.
