Done in a fine woven cotton that's been garment-dyed to notable effect, this artful topper has a draped shawl collar and wrap construction that ties on one side, setting up a shirred empire waistline. The dramatic bell sleeves stem from a set-in shoulder. Running a bit on the large side.

Our model, Tondi, is 5'9". She's wearing a size XSmall here. Her measurements: Bust, 32 inches; Waist, 28 inches; Hip, 35 inches.
