Perfect for a wedding or other special event, this striking set is ideal for those who prefer not to bare their arms! The dress itself is done in shimmering sateen; the fit is closer through the bust, before flaring easily through the hips. The semi-sheer topper has long sleeves, an open-front construction and draping lapels. We find this is running true to size.

Our model, Amanda, is 5'8". She's wearing a size XSmall, which fit her nicely. Her measurements: Bust, 34 inches; Waist, 25 inches; Hip, 36 inches.

After creating costumes for the Kirov Ballet in Russia, designer Shelley Komarov immigrated to Los Angeles in 1978, where she found a career as a Hollywood costume designer. After 25 years there, with four Emmys under her belt, Komarov launched her own line of special event wear that’s as easy to wear as it is to care for.
