Made in a very lightweight cotton, this piece has a V neckline and short dolman sleeves; shirred details at the waist create a close (yet stretchy!) fit through the waist. The tiered skirt flares easily through the hips, ending at mid-calf on women of average height; slit pockets sit on the hips. The dress is partially lined for modesty's sake. We find this is running a bit on the small side.
