This darling little cardie is made in a textural, crocheted cotton knit blend, with excellent drape. It has a rounded neckline, a set-in shoulder and long sleeves. The button-front placket is bordered by a slightly tattered ribbon, and the shrunken silhouette makes it a terrific partner back to fuller bottoms. Our petite gals particularly like this piece! Runs a bit on the small side.

About the Designer

Cut Loose is an extensive line of casual clothing that’s sewn and dyed to order in San Francisco. Their silhouettes are simple, flattering and easy-to-wear. Cut Loose started in the late ’70s, street-vending T-shirts and drawstring pants on Fisherman’s Wharf. The beginning designs were “cut loose,” one size fits all. Back then, you couldn’t find T-shirts in great colors, so they dyed their own in a Victorian claw-footed bathtub – and people loved them. And still do.
