Made in the company's travel-friendly jet jersey fabric, this dress (OR jumpsuit!) has a rounded neckline, three-quarter-length sleeves and a closer fit through the bust. An empire waistline sets up a full, lantern-shaped skirt, and slit pockets sit on the hips. But this dress does tricks -- a snap detail between the legs turns this dress into an easy casual jumpsuit.
