Is this piece a skirt, or is it pants? Made in a textured woven cotton, , these extended-rise pants have an elastic waistband, hip pockets and easy, pull-on styling. From many views, this could pass as a skirt, but the cropped leg holes say otherwise. We find these are running a bit on the large side.
