Pleated Shoulder Jacquard Blouse, Black

This floaty peasant blouse can dress up or down with ease. It has a notched neckline with a tie detail and very full dolman sleeves that band at the wrists. The body is relaxed and a bit flowy. We find this is running a bit on the large side.
