Crafted in a luxe silk velvet in a rich shade of deep sapphire blue, this easy top has a rounded neckline, long sleeves with a set-in shoulder and an A-line silhouette. A burnout velvet silk chiffon trims the hemline, adding a bit of lightness to the look. The fit here is relaxed, but not oversized.
