Done in a lightweight, crinkled woven rayon blend, this striking blouse-meets-jacket has a spread shirt collar and three-quarter-length sleeves. The body is a very full A-line, with a button-front placket and a longer length that should cover the hips on most. The effect is tailored, but the fit is relaxed.
