This gorgeous dress has been hand-dyed to shimmering, glamorous effect! It's made in a soft rayon velvet, with a scoop neckline, a set-in shoulder and three-quarter-length sleeves. The fit is closer through the bust, before flaring easily into an A-line skirt from the empire waistline. Running true to size.
