Made in a soft cotton flannel, this little top is a Jewel, indeed. It has a structured fit, with a button-front placket and a set-in shoulder. A relaxed peplum waistband helps set up a subtle fit-and-flare silhouette. While Tulip typically runs on the large side, we find this is much more true to size.

Fabric note: This piece is flannel, and so more suited to cooler weather. As Tulip winds down its operations this year, they're making some pieces available from their archive, and this one was just too cute for us to pass up!
