Simple, easy and elegant -- the perfect recipe for a summertime blouse. Third Wave is done in a lightweight cotton gauze, with a boat neckline, three-quarter-length sleeves and a dropped-shoulder construction. The tapered hemline is slightly higher in front, skimming the top of the hips. We find this runs a bit on the small side for such an airy silhouette.
