Done in a stretchy cotton sweatshirt fleece, this oversized hoodie has  extra-long sleeves and a full, A-line silhouette. A button detail at the neckline allows for a funnel-neck look as desired, and one sleeve is topped by one of Pluslavie's signature patches. A little flutter of contrasting tulle at the hemline gives this hoodie its name -- so cute! Running generously.
