Our online-only gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. These gift cards can ONLY be used on this website; they cannot be used in either of our brick-and-mortar stores, or on our ELO website.

Orders received today should ship the following business day. Our full returns policy is outlined here, but, essentially, shoppers have 14 days to return for a merchandise refund to the original form of payment. Exchanges and store credit returns are accepted for up to 30 days. All clearance items are considered final sale, and as such, cannot be returned.
